The scheme is designed as the first purpose built Co-Living development in the UK.

 

The site is bounded by Brunner Road and situated to the west of the South Grove master plan zone located to the north of Essex Brewery and to the south of the railway lines terminating at St James’s Street station.

 

The proposed building form is linear running north south at ground plus 11 levels and T shaped, acting as the ‘Focus’ site flanking the ‘Landmark’ site which together from a gateway to the route through to the High Street. At ground level the scheme includes comprehensive communal facilities with an exhibition hall, working areas, gym and multimedia space, cafes, restaurant and a large atrium at the plan intersection. At upper levels the accommodation is sectioned into 2 zones with double height shared amenity
at all levels.
