The Kalyvides Partnership has prepared the design forming part of the planning application submitted by Mace Real Estate to The City of Edinburgh Council for Deaconess House; a student scheme located to the east of the city centre within the South Side Conservation Area adjoining the Salisbury Crags and Arthur’s Seat.

 

The 315 room student housing proposal combines the refurbishment of Deaconess House, a former Lothian Trust hospital, with the development of three new buildings focused around a central private courtyard.
