The group of houses is located on the boundaries of Aradippou and the north of Larnaca Town. The two storey buildings sit on individual plots with frontages onto Korinthou Street and protected open space to the north.

The houses vary in size from 200sqm (2,153 sqft) to 450 sqm (4,845sqft). The houses are articulated with punched ‘hole in wall’ architecture,  white rendered external walls and stone highlights.
