THURROCK

The site is located to the north east of the town centre and is currently a major main shopping centre with offices on the upper levels and a multi storey car park to the north. The site adjoins Crown Road to the south and the High Street to the west. The proposal is to extend the shopping centre by adding another level, developing 273 mixed apartments on the upper floors  and refurbishing the 700 space car park.
