The master plan includes 7 sites forming part of the Westminster Health authority land holdings within the borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

The sites include 250 Kings Road & 151 Sydney Street, Chelsea Farmers’ Market, Chelsea Hospital for Women/Former Nurses Home, National Heart & Lung Institute, Royal Brompton National Heart Hospital, Royal Brompton Hospital South Block and Samaritan Hospital for Women & Western Eye Hospital, Marylebone.

The master plan includes key worker and affordable housing, private residential, school and assembly use, private medical , social/community uses with a total net floor area of 111,500sqm (1,.200,000 million sqft) of development.

The master plan includes new and refurbished existing buildings and stitches together the urban fabric offering a legible new quarter in West London.
