The Canada Water master plan offers the opportunity to build on the area’s strengths and reposition it for a brighter, greener, healthier and prosperous future.
The proposal is centred around the distinctive water forming an ecological pool. The scheme includes a new public library and community resource centre, aquatic centre, new residential in a mix of styles and tenures, new shops and cafes, new offices, and live-work units.
The master plan includes pedestrian links and bridges, cycle paths, and an expansion of the ecological habitat for a diversity of wildlife.
The Kalyvides Partnership is involved principally in the development of the private apartment buildings representing approximately 500,000 square feet of space.
