The master plan at Chatham has been realised in the context of ancient monuments and the Historic Dockyard.

The scheme is predominantly residential with individual building terraces organised to relate to the existing context environment forming distinct routes, vistas and avenues with public and private spaces.

The master plan takes full advantage of the distinct changes in levels, providing long views across the development as well as views to focal points and local landmarks.
