The master plan for regeneration of the Eastside within the city of Birmingham includes the relocation of New Street Station providing a new International Station for the West Midlands.

 

It incorporates a new public piazza for the millennium projects, new residential accommodation alongside the canal and a network of streets, squares and promenades which stitch together the new and existing urban developments.

 

The development has the potential to provide over 6 million sq ft of mixed use new and refurbished accommodation.
