The Kalyvides Partnership forms part of the winning team selected by the Home Office for the PFI competition to provide office and residential facilities at Marsham Street. This is a major scheme adjoining the Palace of Westminster and provides approximately 1 million sqft of development incorporating two new public squares.

 

In addition to developing the master plan for the whole site, The Kalyvides Partnership was appointed to develop and implement 200,00 sqft of residential accommodation and 30,000 sqft of retail space.

 

The development re-established important strategic views of the Palace of Westminster and contributed to the network of routes and linkages to the surrounding neighbourhood.
