The Royal Albert Dock master plan is located close to London City Airport. The scheme is for a 20 hectare site, 1.3 km long and 200 m wide in the docklands area of London (Royal Albert Dock). The scheme explores development with water inlets facing the Thames and green corridors as main axes and courtyards for residential addresses and private amenity spaces. The massing and heights safeguarding the Dockland Sites, Riverside areas and public restrictions have been set by the airport authorities.
