Middle Lane, a retail-residential scheme in Harringey is now complete.  The scheme retains the existing frame and floor slabs of a redundant office building to provide new offices at the ground level and 9 residential apartments on upper floors. 

 

The development is on the ground plus three upper levels organised around two separate cores which serve the apartments and two communal gardens at roof level.
