The Essex Brewery, our retail-residential scheme in Walthamstow is making progress on site.

The scheme which includes 183 Private and Affordable residential units is being progress by Cresh Nicholson and is due for completion in 12 months.

This is the first phase of a comprehensive master plan to regenerate the South Grove area in Waltham Forest.
