Waterline House, an office and residential scheme at Paddington Basin is now complete. The 16 storey development forms one of six buildings within the Merchant Square Project.

 

The urban concept for the development maintains a calm and sophisticated approach to the south adjoining the basin to fit into the surrounding context. To the north, the building is heavily modeled with the courtyard to increase usable frontage and the aspect quality. The increased area creates the opportunity for light to penetrate the heart of the development.
