Student scheme including 315 rooms and amenity spaces at Deaconess House Edinburgh has been granted planning consent for Mace Real Estate. The proposal combines the refurbishment of Deaconess House, a former Lothian Trust hospital, with the development of three new buildings focused around a central private courtyard.

Grahams Construction are appointed as main contractor due for completion in June 2014.

The Kalyvides Partnership are appointed as Architects and Landscape Architects to be novated to the main contractor though to completion.
