The Kalyvides Partnership has prepared the design for The Essex Brewery site forming part of the planning application submitted by Metropolitan & Suburban to Waltham Forest Council. ​

The proposal which includes 183 Private and Affordable residential units has been designed in line with Waltham Forest's Draft South Grove/St James SPD.
