The development at Glossop road is within central Cardiff to the east side of the city.

Originally, the site housed the west wing of the Royal Cardiff Infirmary, however since the renovation and extension of the main hospital the building has became surplus to requirement.

Located on a site of 0.647 hectares the design is a perimeter development running along Glossop Road, Newport Road Lane, Howard Gardens and Moira Terrace with a central courtyard.

The student accommodation building consists of 644 student rooms with cluster units and individual studios/apartments on a 63/37 ratio.
