A feasibility study was undertaken to review efficiencies of a current proposal. The site is located at the entrance vista to Wembley Stadium. The proposal offers 576 rooms cluster unit room sizes generally between 13.38 sqm (144 sqft) with DDA rooms at 19.0 sqm (205 sqft). The study includes a scheme following consented heights and mass with reconfiguration of plans to achieve more efficient layouts. Double corridors are reduced to single improving efficiencies. Cores are rearranged to reduced common areas and increase net room space available. Typical floor plan with details of room and common room layouts demonstrate the configuration and increased room number allocations.
