The Essex Brewery, a retail-residential development in London has been granted planning permission by Waltham Forest for Metropolitan & Suburban.

The scheme includes 183 Private and Affordable residential units and is being progressed by Cresh Nicholson and is due for completion due in 24 months.

 

This is the first phase of a comprehensive master plan to regenerate the South Grove area in Waltham Forest.
