The master plan was designed to achieve an exemplary environment for a new sustainable way of life and held opportunities for its inhabitants to be proud of its heritage and distinctive buildings and spaces. The residential population would increase and the whole of south London will be revitalised and provide a desirable place to live and visit within a lively and dynamic environment.

The Kalyvides Partnership developed detailed schemes over a 12 month period for 1,000,000 sqft of residential accommodation within the south west quarter. The accommodation includes private/affordable housing, key worker and work/live accommodation. The process of design for this project included consultation with local housing associations and amenity groups throughout.
