The building form and structure at our student scheme in Cardiff for Mace Developments is now complete.

 

The upper level scaffolding has been removed at Moira Terrace revealing the Wienerberger grey brickwork and golden metal cladding.

 

The interiors are being completed and a show cluster flat and studio are now open to the public.

The development which includes 644 rooms and mixed amenity spaces is due for completion in August 2019.

The Kalyvides Partnership are appointed as Architects and Landscape Architects through to completion of the project.
