Jan '05 | Monck Street complete!

Monck Street, a mixed use residential-retail scheme in Westminster is now complete. This is a major scheme which adjoins the Palace of Westminster and provides approximately 1 million sq ft of development incorporating two new public squares.

The development is divided into three buildings with the central structure set back to create an open public space. The central building has three finger components clad in terracotta and glass with a linear stitching together the composition. The flanking buildings are more rational and robust recreating the street building line and defining the edges of the new open space.
