Foundation design is now complete and the transfer structure in place at our student scheme in Cardiff for Mace Developments.

 

The Phase 1 internal Metek frames are now being installed and the first pods have also arrived on site.

The development which includes 644 rooms and mixed amenity spaces is due for completion in May 2019.

The Kalyvides Partnership are appointed as Architects and Landscape Architects through to completion of the project.
